Stockholms Squashklubb members were looking for ways to be involved in supporting Ukraine. The club became aware of the opportunity to engage on an active fundraiser, as being part of Target Aid. They decided to support a fundraiser from SOS Barnbyar, which has been active since the outbreak of the crisis. The collaboration was approved by the company running the squash courts Gärdets Squashhall AB, which agreed on donating the court fees for the cause.
The club launched the event fundraiser on the platform, marked it with Target Aid promotional tools and sold tickets to members and sponsors.
Stockholms Squashklubb enabled 3 possible ways to contribute:
1. Directly donating to the fundraiser that was able to reach in the event profile, for the ones who couldn't attend the event.
2. Buying tickets for the event via Target Aid or at the club and enabling direct donations at the club.
3. Adding widgets and promoting the share of the cause using different tools, to spread the word.
The goal was to reach 10.000 SEK, and the amount collected to date has reached a 269% of the goal, with 26.980 SEK collected.

The event was a big success! 16 participants from 11-70 + years.

A sponsor of the club loved the effort and now wants to copy the event for their customers.
